How the payment can be refunded legally?

Hope you're well. I’m alarmed by Lodha’s sales approach. Requesting the agreement terms led to an upfront demand of INR 90,000, without transparency. My father was pressured to pay before accessing vague terms. The payment schedule lacks clarity, and an additional INR 5 lakhs is being demanded without confirmation. Both payments are claimed to be non-refundable. Should I cancel? Can RERA help? Your advice is vital.
