What action should I take against fraudulent land registration?

Sir, my land has been fraudulently transferred by my cousin. He showed a fake registry in his name, but my father never registered it. The registry shows a date before 1956, and I can't find the buyer-seller details. What should I do?

If the land was fraudulently registered in someone else’s name, you should file a civil suit for property recovery in the court. You can also report the fraudulent registry to the sub-registrar and request an investigation. Collect all documents proving your ownership to strengthen your case.
