What happens if there’s no expiry date in an agreement?

Sir, I have purchased property but have not yet registered it; I have only made an agreement. I want to know if the agreement has an expiry date. I have made the full payment, and there is no date mentioned in the agreement specifying that the registry must be done by a particular date.

If the agreement doesn't specify an expiry date for registration, the agreement itself does not have an automatic expiration. However, if either party delays registration or there’s a breach of terms, it could lead to disputes. It’s advisable to complete the registry as soon as possible to avoid complications.
