What to do after ex-parte order on my land?
An ex-parte order was passed, and possession of the land was also granted, and the case was disposed of by the civil court. However, the land is originally registered in my name. What should I do now?

You can file an appeal or a petition to set aside the ex-parte order by proving the land is legally yours (with documents like khatiyan). Also, challenge the court’s possession order if it was obtained by fraud or in your absence. For further legal assistance contact us on our helpline number.
