Land occupancy
I bought a agriculture land from one individual 2 month back and property was in his name. Now patta also transferred to my name. But now his brother's son occupy that land and says that property under his partition so won't leave that place. There is no document in his name and his father's name. Please give suggestion How can I vacate him from my land legally ?
See you need to give an eviction notice to the son of brother that he should vacate the premises within one month from receipt of notice. If he fails eviction suit has to be filed against him. When someone occupied your land illegally, you may file a police complaint immediately and file a criminal case for trespass. Or file a civil case against him from entering your property.
