RIGHT TO INFORMATION

I filed an RTI asking a copy of my OMR sheet and the answer key of an recruitment examination conducted by an PSU but they denied it saying that it is an intellectual property of an third party. I have the hearing before CIC. Suggest me some measures on how to challenge this decision
