Share in property of a deceased According to Mohammedean law

Can brother and sisters get share after death of their brother in Muslims as per Mohammedean law. Legal heirs of deceased are a widow and a girl child (Property details :- a house from his parents of deceased got registered on his name and a flat self owned) that possession is under control of in laws, enjoying rent. Widow and her girl child was thrown out after 40 days of rituals as per Muslims only with single dress. How widow can defend the case filed by in laws for share ? Will in laws get share ? Any provision to get that case get dismissed. Widow and her girl child are living in penury and facing hardship to live. They can't even pay any fees on grounds of humanity pls help the needy.

Under Sharia, the widow and daughter are entitled to specific shares of the deceased's property. The widow's share depends on the presence of other heirs, while the daughter's share is fixed at ½ of the son's share. For further details contact us on our helpline number.
