What to do if scammed by fake online product seller?
I ordered a gaming console worth ₹9,000 for ₹1,499 during a sale. I received a cheap ₹200 toy instead. I have the website name and a non-responsive Gmail ID. Can I take legal action?

You can file a complaint at cybercrime.gov.in and also report to the Consumer Forum with payment and order proof. You may also contact your bank to raise a dispute if paid by card.
