A fake company blackmailing me on the basis of agreement?

I had joined in a fake company called xl tech without know that it is fake company. He asked to pay money by saying various reasons like bank account, agreement and all. I to paid the money. I didn't get the salary. After asking number of times for salary finally i had resigned in a month and requesting to refund my amount from 3 months. He is not paying my money moreover he is blackmailing me that I had sign the agreement so I have to pay him back and all. What do I do sir, not only me there are number of people are there like me who has cheated by him
