Employees Compensation Act 1923

Sir, 1 employee of 44 years of age, was working in a company for 3 years. his monthly gross pay was 120000 INR, net pay was 95000 INR He died of natural death in hotel - heart attack. Does the employer is entitled to pay compensation as per the act? Kindly advise
