Transfer of Succession Certificate

My grandfather had some shares without a nominee. To claim these shares ,my mother in the year 2018, applied for a succession certificate to claim settlement of shares. The succession certificate was issued to My mother(mutually decided by family and other legal heirs(Uncle,Aunty and their sons & daughters) by district court in UP. The same certificate was submitted before the companies for the claim. But unfortunately, my mother died in the year 2021 due to COVID. The claim is still not settled. They are formalities where legal heir signature and presence will be required. My question is : Do I need to apply for new succession certification based on the legal heirs of the existing succession certificate or the legal heirs of grandfather? Please guide me.

Hello sir,

As per your query if  your mother was having the succession certificate then as per that certificate apply for the new succession certificate  and when you get the certificate apply for the settlement or those claim which were asked by your mother.
