Can I legally claim refund and compensation for defective product?

I purchased an AK POWER ALPHA A4800 4000W Generator from Amazon on 26.03.2026 for ₹89,955. The generator stopped working within three months, allegedly due to an overload issue despite there being no load. I have video evidence of the problem, and the product is still under warranty. The seller initially requested a video and assured me that the issue would be resolved but then stopped responding for more than 44 days. I have call and WhatsApp records as evidence. I emailed the seller on 01.07.2026 (the email bounced) and again on 06.07.2026, but received no response. I escalated the matter to Amazon and its Grievance Officer on 08.07.2026. During Amazon's investigation, the seller contacted me twice on WhatsApp despite Amazon's policy. I informed Amazon and provided screenshots, but no action was taken. On 15.08.2026, Amazon finally denied my claim, stating that the generator had been improperly used, without conducting any physical inspection. I also filed complaints with the National Consumer Helpline: Docket No. 9648346 against the seller on 05.07.2026 and Docket No. 9847487 against Amazon on 01.08.2026, but the matter remains unresolved. I have the invoice, payment proof, WhatsApp chats, call records, video evidence, and Amazon's denial email. I want a full refund, compensation for harassment and deficiency in service, and reimbursement of legal costs. What legal action can I take against the seller and Amazon?
