What legal action may follow from fake-account messages?

After learning about my ex-partner’s past relationship, I became angry and started messaging her through fake Instagram accounts, making comments about her past relationship and asking her to return to Sanatan Dharma. I contacted her through 6–7 different accounts, but she blocked all of them. I then unsent the messages and permanently deleted those accounts. After 20–30 days, I contacted the man she had been in a relationship with during college through another fake account and accused him of using her. He shared screenshots of the conversation with her. I also have evidence from one of his close friends, who had shared information about the matter with me. The friend later said that they were planning to approach the Cyber Crime Cell. I exchanged a few messages with him and subsequently deleted that account as well. Later, the man complained to Meta, and my account was suspended. What should I do next? If the woman files a complaint, what legal consequences could I face, and what steps should I take?
