Can I challenge unreasonable security deposit deductions by landlord legally?
My landlord has deducted ₹32,000 from my security deposit for unreasonable charges, including a mixer grinder, utensils, water penalties, containers, and other items that we have never seen or used. He claims to have before-and-after photographs, but none of these items or charges are mentioned in the rental agreement, and we were never provided with any photographs or videos.
