Can I marry a Hindu girl under court marriage process?
Hello sir, I live in Jaipur. I want to do a court marriage. The girl has been married off but the wedding has not taken place yet. Now I want to marry that girl. One more thing Sir, he is a Hindu and I am a Muslim, will there be a court marriage?
