Can I perform court marriage in India?

Hi, I am originally from Kodagu, Karnataka, and currently working in the UAE. I am planning to marry in India, and my fiancée lives in Mysore, Karnataka. I am Hindu, and she is Christian. Both our families have agreed to the marriage. We need a marriage certificate to submit at the church and for obtaining a spouse visa in the UAE. Coming to India twice for registration within 30 days would be a hassle. Is there a way I can come only once and complete the procedure?

Sir, to get married, you can apply for special marriage registration under the Special Marriage Act, 1954, which allows you to marry without the need for religious formalities. You can register once and avoid multiple visits. If you are living abroad, the process can be expedited by submitting required documents online or with assistance from local authorities in India.
