Can we bring my sister home after her court marriage?

Sir, I found some photos of my sister with a boy in her phone. Later, my sister apologized and said it won’t happen again. But on 27th March, she left with the boy from college and got married through court and Arya Samaj. We had filed a missing report, and she came to the police station but refused to return home. She was under pressure, but said everything against us. She also left with a signed paper that we have not seen. Is there any option to bring her home, or can we legally separate her from her family? What should we submit to the police to help with this issue?
