Can we marry in India despite her annulment process delay?

I am in love with a Filipino girl. We have been in a long-distance relationship for the past year. She is a Christian, and I am a Hindu. She is willing to accept Hinduism, and we want to get married. The girl was previously married in the Philippines, but she no longer lives with her husband. Since divorce is not allowed in the Philippines, only annulment is possible, which is expensive and takes many years. She wants to come to India, and her husband knows about our relationship, as does her family. I want to marry her in India. Is there any way for us to get married?

To marry in India, your partner must legally separate from her first husband in the Philippines. If she is annulled, she can marry in India, provided she submits the annulment papers. A valid marriage certificate from the Philippines is required. Consult a lawyer in both countries for proper documentation, and follow India's marriage laws, ensuring both parties are legally free to marry.
