How can we marry legally despite family objections in India?

I am a resident of Sitamarhi, Bihar, and the girl of my choice, whom I want to marry, is a resident of Gwalior, MP. We both belong to the Hindu religion and Rajput caste and want to marry. However, the girl's family members are refusing the marriage, while our families are supportive. I would like to understand how we can marry in a legal and lawful manner. Please suggest the best course of action.

Sir, if both of you are adults, you have the legal right to marry, even if the girl’s family objects. You can marry under the Special Marriage Act or the Hindu Marriage Act. If the girl’s family becomes aggressive, you can seek legal help or police protection. The law supports your decision to marry if you both are consenting adults.
