Should I file habeas corpus for my fiancée's safety and well-being?

I've been engaged with S, a resident of Kanpur. She had been adopted, not legally, by their uncle/aunty since her birth. I and her brother communicated through Shadi.com since sept 2023. Later on, the girl and her aunty somehow got my contact details from her brother's mobile. Her mother/aunt was offering me her house after marriage in mandir but I denied. Later on after engagement they deliberately were using dahej word most of the times. They had realized that both the boy and the girl is in love and they will marry in any case. I've told them that I'm ready for court marriage but her aunty started saying'mere bete nhi de rhe paise to aap apna Paisa lagake shadi kar lijiye'. Since 10thAugust 2024, her aunt's number is switch off through which the girl used to talk to me on whatsapp. I feel very worried about her because she is very introvert and don't talk to anyone. Should I file habeas corpus in HC? I fear that her family may manipulate her that I've taken action against them
