What is the process for court marriage with parental consent?

Hi, I have gone through many articles but have yet to find the actual process for court marriage (not marriage registration). I am an Indian boy (Canadian resident) and looking to marry an Indian girl (we are both Christians) with the consent of our parents. I am only looking to find the correct procedure for court marriage (not marriage registration) and a lawyer who can help us further with this process.

Sir, if both the partners are of legal age to get married with proper consent then you can perform court marriage under special marriage act by visiting marriage registrar office and submitting the application form with all relevant documents i.e, proof of age and residence, passport sized photographs and an affidavit. A 30-day notice period is required for objections. If no objections arise, the marriage is solemnized in front of the registrar and witnesses. Afterward, you will receive a marriage certificate.
