So I am belongs to SC caste and I want ti marry with my boyfriend but he having same surname as me ... soo can I do court marriage..

If the groom is donot fall under the sapinda relation or any prohibited relation then you can get your marriage done the age of the boy should be 21 and the age of the girl should be 18 to get married
