Ancestral Property

My father fought a Civil Suit and got judgment in his favour with a decree protecting his legal absolute ownership right of total ancestral property received through a registered relinquishment deed with consideration, made 40 years ago, from his brothers. All of them passed away & are no more. Civil case is on between us, the heirs. Guardians Act and Limitation Act points are ruled out already in court. As decree-holder's legal heirs, what are our chances of winning case in next higher courts? Can you suggest a suitable legal solution to this issue, which has been nagging for years now?
