How to take back our land's possession

I have a land in NH7 Road. And khasra no. is 276(for example) which is divided in three parts and third part is mine and the next khasra no. Is 275 and the next khasra no. is 274. Some area of khasra no. 275 will be occupied in khasra no. 274. That's why the area in vacant land between khasra no. 275 and the khasra no. 276 is now less. Now the owner of khasra no. 275 is trying to construct in the area of khasra no. 276 which is mine. In this scenario, what should take action?

Sir, on your land, nothing can be built by anyone. If such activity is going on, report the issue to your closest police station. Though, you can also issue a legal notice against them demanding their removal from your property. If they are not ready to leave your land, approach the court with civil jurisdiction and file a civil suit to redeem your possessions. For further legal assistance contact us on our helpline number.
