How to close court case early and get clean PCC?

I have a question regarding my situation. I want to obtain a Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) for my PR application in Canada. Before moving here, I had a few personal loans that I was unable to repay. As a result, a court case was registered against me, and a warrant was issued in my name. I have already settled the loans, paid my dues, and obtained a NOC from the bank. The bank had promised to withdraw the case at the last hearing, but it has been postponed to the next hearing, which is six months away. How can I get this case closed earlier? Also, once the case is closed, will I still be able to get a clean PCC?
