What can I do if my Bank account is on hold?
My Bank account is on hold due to ICICI credit card payment pending, so they have sent to Arbitration Notice to banks. So if I try to open any new bank accounts, all are getting on hold.

You should immediately respond to the arbitration notice and negotiate a settlement or payment plan with ICICI Bank. Once dues are cleared or settled, request the bank to withdraw the lien and inform other banks. If the hold is excessive or illegal, you may file a complaint before the Banking Ombudsman.
