How can I legally recover my money?
I have given lakhs of money to someone and it is already been years I am not able to get my money back. all money is tranfered online and I dont have written agreement
Even without a written agreement, you can still take legal action if the money was transferred online and there is proof like bank statements, UPI records, chats, WhatsApp messages, and call records. First send a legal notice demanding repayment. If money is still not returned, file a civil recovery suit.
