How to enforce Live-in relationship cancellation and evict her legally?

Being a single man living alone in my own house in Jalandhar city, I entered into a written Live in relationship with a single woman on 24-11-2020. She moved from rented accommodation in Phagwara during March 2022 to live in my owned house in Jalandhar. She stole jewellery from my house and went to phagwara Sept 2023. So, I cancelled my Live-in relationship by sending an email. Later, she agreed to return stolen jewellery. I brought her back to my house. Since she is very abusive, expelling house maids, not doing house holding herself, creating unsanitary conditions in my house, I ask her to vacate my house immediately. But she is not vacating my house. My question is how to enforce my cancellation of Live in relationship? And get my house vacated from her?
