You can file a Partition Suit in civil court and request court direction to sell the property and divide shares. The court may also appoint a commissioner. Until all owners agree or court decides, property cannot be sold fully. Talk to a property lawyer to begin proceedings. For further legal assistance contact us on our helpline number.
