Will having two names and birthdates cause issues during verification?

Hello, My brother was admitted to a government school in the 1st standard in 2000 under the name X, with a date of birth of 1996. He continued his studies there until the 3rd standard. In 2004, my maternal uncle transferred him to a private school, enrolling him directly into the 5th standard under the name A, with a date of birth of 1994. Despite this, his records in the government school continued under the name X. He completed his 10th grade in 2009 at the private school under the name A, while he was in the 9th standard at the government school under the name X. Subsequently, my father admitted him to the 10th grade in Maharashtra under the name X, using his 9th-grade mark sheet and transfer certificate from the government school in our village. He continued his education under the name X, and all his documents, including those for his employment, are in this name with a date of birth of 1996. He has been working in an MNC for the past eight years, but now he wishes to switch to a government position. We are confident that there should be no issues with document verification since he has consistently studied under the name X. However, he is concerned about potential issues arising from his having two different names and dates of birth associated with his 10th-grade certificates. It should be noted that he has never used the certificate under the name A and no other documents were prepared under that name.

Sir, you should create a notarized affidavit explaining the name and date of birth differences and get confirmation letters from both schools about the records. For further legal assistance contact us on our helpline number.
