Can I claim father’s property after lifelong abandonment?

Hello, I am a 23-year-old male, and I have been living with my mother and maternal grandparents since birth. My maternal grandparents raised me and paid for all my educational expenses without any support from my father. I have never seen my father—not even in a photo. Now that I am an adult, I want justice for my mother. My father abandoned her while she was pregnant, and they are still not divorced. I want to claim a share in my father’s property as a matter of justice. Can I legally claim a share in his property? Please answer my question and help me with this serious concern. Thank you.

Yes, you can legally claim a share in your father's property, even if he abandoned your mother and never supported you. For further legal assistance, contact us on our helpline number.
