How can I obtain a marriage certificate if purohit is deceased?

If I got married in district A and moved to District B. Now I want to get a marriage certificate from district B. How can I get marriage certificate, if the purohit (Pandit) who conducted the marriage was dead?

Sir, to obtain a marriage certificate in District B you should visit the local marriage registrar's office and submit an application form along with proof of marriage, identification, address proof, and witness details.
