Should interim maintenance be cancelled after final maintenance order passed?

In 125crpc interim maintenance awarded 7k/month. Also final maintenance awarded 9k/month (after interim maintenance, it took 6month). But final maintenance awarded from the date of petition. Now wife side advocate filed 125(3) recovery for interim maintenance 15 days before judgment of final order. Also wife side advocate filed recovery of final maintenance order now. We are confused about that, When the final maintenance order given from the date of petition, interim order will be by default cancelled right? In judgment order copy judge was not mentioned clearly, court has mentioned only that, final maintenance from the date of petition. Please do clarify, interim recovery petition has to cancel or I have to pay both? How to proceed further?
