After annulment of a registry marriage (no social ceremony, living separately), can either spouse remarry legally through registry marriage with someone else?

Once a court declares the marriage null and void, both parties are considered unmarried in the eyes of law. They can remarry anytime, provided they have certified annulment order. There is no legal obstacle to remarrying via registry with a new partner after annulment. For further legal assistance contact us on our helpline number.
