Daughter inlaw trying to occupy our rented business premises
My parents are senior citizen. They have a shop rented in name of my mother and gst number also. My brother's wife has also taken gst number of same address 3 years bk for business convenience. Now she has starting fighting and claiming that shop. Is gst number enough for claiming rights to occupy the property? Pl advice

Hello mam,
As the person can take distinct gst number and the property rights which is to be claimed on basis of Gst number cannot be claimed as the person can operate two distinct buisness under same property amd the agreement is already on the name of mother therefore she has the legal rights over the property.
