Widow( wife of propositus), after the death of propositus does have the rights to become karta, when major son alive? Widow does have coparcener right or just a member of HUF or joint family? Widow only elgible as a manager of the property in case of minor coparcener? Kindly clear my doubts.

Hello sir,
If the husband has died the widow is the eldest then she can be the karta of the HUF,but she cannot become the coparcner
