Property matter and settlement
My dad has an affair and now he has a kid out of it. Currently my fathers earning are zero and he owns no property. However he has already given a house and a shop to his illegitimate partner. Now that women wants to claim property which is owned by my mother (my fathers first wife) is there a way to get out of this as the illegitimate wife creates troubles and harasses us every now and then.

The thing is that there is no such meaning of the illegiitimate child the child born out of wedlock or without wedlock is legitimate, he is equally laible for the shares of the property and if the property is in the name of the mother then get a will registered in the name of the person to whom you want to transfer the prooperty.
