Property issue
Sir, we are two brothers and we inherited a property from my father, i am not using that property, i have never used it nor my childrens have used it, i am staying in another city, my brother and his family is using that property amd living there from 15 years, that property is not divided between us, my brother is using it completely, after 15 years that property needs maintenance, and my brother is forcing me to pay money for maintenance equally, which i have never used it, please suggest am i liable to pay equally. What to do?

First thing you should file a suit for partition and you both are have equal share in the porperty, therefore you are also liable to pay the maintenance and you sholu take your property in your possession and pay the maintenace for the property which belongs to you.
