Property dispute between me and my elder sister

My both parents has passed away, my elder sister is asking for equal share of property. My mother was not well and suffered with kidney problem and she was been admitted in hospital, in ICU along with oxygen cylinder for 15 days, and after her discharge from hospital she was in dialysis daily for one month, and i asked doctors to do in alternative days due to financial problems. Then she was in dialysis for 3 months. I have spent all these expense s, but my sister is not willing to share these expenses, i have spent about Rs.10 lakhs. My mother expired in the month of November 2021, it's almost 1 year and 3 months, My parents has one house, the approximate price is Rs.40 lakhs, one FD in SBI bank of Rs.1 lakhs. I need legal advice in this regard.
