My great grandfather had a property but the patta is in the name of my grandfather, my dad and other three uncles (my dad's brother). My dad passed away in 2020 and grandfather in 1999. I am only daughter of my dad. whether I have rights on the property ? Because my two uncle's not ready to give my dad shares!

Hello mam,
as per your query you are the only legal heirs of your father therefore you are having the rights over the property so if uncles are not giving you the shares in your property you can file the partition suit to get your rights
