How to get early hearing for senior citizen property case?

My son and daughter-in-law threw my wife (75) and me (80) out of our self-acquired home. I filed a case under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007. Both SDM and DM rejected it. I appealed to the Rajasthan High Court in July 2022, but the case hasn’t been heard yet. How can we get early relief or faster listing?

You can file a fresh petition under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents Act with better evidence, or move a writ petition in High Court seeking early hearing. You can also approach the Supreme Court for urgent relief. Senior citizens have strong rights. A good lawyer can push for early listing or hearing.
