पहली बात यह है कि गिरफ्तारी नहीं होने पर आपको अग्रिम जमानत के लिए याचिका दायर करनी चाहिए और यदि गिरफ्तारी की जाती है तो आपको नियमित जमानत के लिए जाना चाहिए और आगे आप प्राथमिकी को रद्द करने के लिए उच्च न्यायालय में जा सकते हैं, यदि प्राथमिकी रद्द होने के बाद प्राथमिकी झूठी है तो आप फिर से उन पर मानहानि और अपराध के लिए शिकायत दर्ज कर सकते हैं जो सबूत आपके पास है।
The thing is that you should have waited till the final disposition of case but you pulled back yourself and as a result they filed the case against you.
Now, the first thing is that you should file a petition for anticipatory bail if arrest is not made and if arrest is made then you should go on for Regular Bail and the further you can move to High Court to quash the FIR.
If the FIR is false once the FIR is Quashed then again you can file complain on them for defamation and the offence of which the evidence yo u have.
