Not to stay with my wife for 3- 4 months
My wife disturbs me a lot during my sleeping and working hour. Such as, while working on the computer, she took away my mouse many times a day. While sleeping, she shouts at me, when I request, she deny it. She does all this regularly. She wants to go out at 2 AM , and I refuse to allow her to go. She does the same regularly to disturb my sleep. One day she did call the police at 2 AM and did the drama to disturb my sleep. After talking with the police for an hour, I finally slept. After one day after this incident, she went home without my permission. Now she wants to return home after such drama to disturb me again. And I would like not to stay with her for 3- 4 months because I fear she again will do such drama, or charge me with false cases, I like to suspend her for some time. What are my rights on this? She usually doesn't cooperate with me and she talks on the phone very loudly. She threatens me too. Our marriage took place last Dec 2021.
