Property dispute related to the illegitimacy of child
RELIGION : HINDU A husband and B women are married. They have child P and Q. The child Q was born due to the illegal relationship between B women & X men. Now the A has died . Where X is alive and married to R and has living has 3 legitimate child. 1. How the property of A deceased will be distributed.? 2. Q has the right over A property? 3. Q can claim property from X.? 4. who will be the parent of Q 1. A or B and X or B 5. Can P can file case to prove illegitimacy of Q and prove the illegitimate relation of B to X.

(2) Yes Q has the Right over A's Property because both A nad B were Husband and Wife
(3) The property of A will be distributed equally among P and Q
