Can I ask my husband for monthly expenses as per law?
I’m 7 months newly married woman my mother in law and husband forced me for giving dowry within one month of marriage which my father denied giving after that they started torturing me mentally and physically. Where I attempted suicide several times but their torture didn't stop. When I raise voice against it they deny all allegations and say that I'm mentally ill and they don't want any case if I suicide. My husband has extra marital affairs which my mother in law supports. They constantly ask me to leave their house which I left 2 months ago. From then my husband had not contacted me even once and my mother in law doesn't allow me in their house. I live with my parents now but I need money to do something course for myself. I can't ask my parents for money. Can I ask for monthly expenses from husband according to law? We haven't divorced yet.
