Can I send a notice to LinkedIn for my restricted account?

My LinkedIn account has been restricted for the past two months. Just before the restriction, I received an email stating that one of my posts violated a guideline and was removed. After that, my account was restricted. I am certain that I did not make that post. However, LinkedIn is not disclosing which post it was and is only sending automated responses. This is affecting my career as a freelance writer. What should I do to at least get a proper explanation of the reason and the exact post that led to the restriction? Can I send them a legal notice in this case?

Dear client, yes, you can send a legal notice to LinkedIn if your account has been restricted unfairly but that too after trying the appeal process. Ask the authorities regarding the reasons for the restriction of the account such as the post or a certain review. If they continue to give the automated responses, a legal notice can be issued to demand for the transparency and reinstatement especially if it affects your livelihood. You can also refer to the obligations under the IT Act, 2000. May this help and if you have any further issues do not hesitate to contact us.

Dear client, If LinkedIn is limiting your account without specifying the exact reason or post details, initially send a formal written complaint or legal email requesting clarification on the specific post, the reason for the restriction, and an opportunity for reinstatement. Should they persist in issuing solely automated responses, you could issue a legal notice due to unjustlimitations and damage to your professional reputation If you have any query please feel free to contact us.

If LinkedIn is restricting your account without giving the exact reason or the post details, first send a formal written grievance / legal email demanding disclosure of the specific post, reason for restriction, and restoration opportunity. If they continue sending only automated replies, you may send a legal notice for arbitrary restriction and loss of professional reputation. For further legal assistance contact us on our helpline number.
