Girl threatens suicide after confrontation—how to handle legally?

My eldest brother was in a relationship with a girl. She tied rakhi to me and my middle brother. After she broke up with my elder brother, she started a physical relationship with my middle brother, who is like her brother. We have proof. When we confronted her and her family, she threatened to commit suicide. We asked her to cut off all contact with my brother, but she is still in touch with him. What can we do?

If someone is emotionally blackmailing or threatening suicide, document everything and inform local police to protect your family. If she continues contacting your brother, a restraining order or legal warning can be issued. Avoid any confrontation. Let the law handle the situation to prevent further risk or legal trouble.
