How can I recover money from fraudulent company?
I purchased CPMS service from NoBroker for renting out my property. After the tenant vacated, repainting/cleaning/repair expenses were required. The NoBroker team failed to recover the amount from the tenant and did not even take the tenant’s signature, so the zero-deposit rental bond claim was rejected. Is NoBroker still responsible in this case?
If NoBroker promised to manage the property, collect rent, coordinate repairs, and secure a deposit bond, then they must perform these duties properly. If they failed to take tenant signatures or secure the bond, they may be responsible for the resulting loss. You can raise a formal complaint with NoBroker and, if unresolved, file a consumer complaint for compensation for poor service and financial loss.
