How to file RTI for discrepancies in my son's birth certificate?

Sir/Madam, the birth certificate (released from the government website: crsorgi.gov.in) of my son (DOB: 2nd July 2013) has the date of registration as 04-10-2021. I applied for a fresh duplicate copy of the birth certificate in October 2023, but the new copy shows the date of registration as 04-10-2010. How is it possible that a child born in 2013 has a date of registration from 2010? In 2010, how could anyone know that the child would be born on 02-07-2013? Please tell me what to ask/write in the RTI so that the PIO cannot avoid answering. I want the full record that should include "on what documentary basis these two certificates were issued" and "undesirable changes made." I want to know the parents' Aadhaar numbers linked to both certificates.

You can file an RTI request to the concerned authorities asking for the full record of your son’s birth certificate, the documentary basis for the discrepancies, and details about the changes made. You can also request the Aadhaar numbers linked to both certificates to clarify the issue. For further legal assistance contact us on our helpline number.
