How to get loan closure certificate?
Hi Team, I have taken a loan of ₹36,000 from the Salary On Time app. The field team has continuously followed up with me and forced me to make payments, but the credit team is saying I still have to pay them. They have rejected all the transactions, and I have already paid almost three times the loan amount. Now, even though the loan amount was not properly credited/adjusted, the credit team has initiated a legal notice against me at my office and residential address. I request an NOC for loan closure and a refund of the excess amount I have paid.
You should first preserve all evidence such as payment receipts, app records, chat messages, and the loan agreement.
